What inspires you: So many things! Every bit of media I consume inspires me in some way. I’m inspired by artists who paved the way before me. I’m inspired by my family, peers, and friends.

How did you get into tattooing: Since childhood I’ve known I wanted to do art as a career in some capacity. I went down different paths that never felt quite right like graphic design, photography, painting, etc. I finally landed on tattooing with the encouragement from my wife and some artists I really look up to. I love tattooing with a passion and wish that I had started earlier in my life.

Pets: I have one cat and a garden full of snails that I think of as pets.

Hobbies: I don’t often have time for hobbies but I enjoy playing video games and occasionally making electronic music.

Music: I can vibe to anything but my favorite genre is jazz, usually 50s-70s bebop. I also really love experimental and chill electronic music (IDM, breakcore/jungle, dub techno, etc.) and hip hop

Favorite color: Pink forever

Favorite food: Street tacos and burritos

Favorite drink: Sweet coffee and water

Favorite anime: Dragon Ball Z, Gundam Wing, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Aggretsuko

Favorite book: anything high fantasy, especially Dragonlance or Forgotten Realms. I also read a lot of Buddhist books.

Favorite flower: Peony

Favorite snack: a toasted grape uncrustable

Do you travel: not a ton, but I enjoy traveling and would love to do more of it.
